As Head of Nordics at Brandpie, Monique works with leadership teams to bring clarity through brand and communications for growth. She brings extensive experience from international scale-ups and complex organizations, having led brand, marketing, and communications across multiple European markets. Known for combining strategic depth with hands-on execution, Monique helps organizations translate ambition into direction and complexity into relevance.
Will is a Brand Rebel because he doesn’t believe brand is a communications exercise. He believes it’s one of the few things that can bring clarity to complexity, align people behind a common direction, and create lasting value. As CEO of Brandpie’s EMEIA region and a trained anthropologist, he helps leadership teams use brand to navigate the moments that define the future of their business.
Rebecca leads communications at Vårgrønn, spanning brand, events, media, digital content, and internal and external communications. She joined in 2024 after roles at NIOM and Scatec ASA, where she spent six years as a Communication Advisor. Her background combines international marketing with leadership and organisational psychology, giving her a broad perspective on communication, engagement and organizational impact.
Meera is a Brand Rebel because strong brands move people and business forward. Scatec brings the energy not only through what they produce, but through its people. By building trust and delivering on its promises, Scatec turns purpose into progress.
Tilde is a Brand Rebel because she challenges the idea that brand is something you add at the end. The most powerful brands are built into products, experiences, and business decisions from the start. At Circle K, Tilde works at the intersection of brand, technology and eMobility to create experiences that drive both customer value and business growth.
In December 2024, Tish joined SuperOffice as its first Communications & Brand executive, tasked with building the function from the ground up. Within a year, they rebranded and repositioned the business across six European markets. For Tish, building a powerful brand means daring to be different: challenging convention, experimenting boldly, and knowing exactly what you want to stand for – then having the courage to own it.
Lina is fascinated by what makes people choose, trust and stay with brands, and how teams turn that connection into sustainable growth. As VP Commercial, she leads AI-enabled Marketing and Sales transformation, combining human judgment, strong brands, data and technology. With global B2B and B2C experience, she is motivated by meaningful transformation: turning complexity into customer value, stronger teams and relevant, sustainable growth.
Katrine’s role is all about growing the Rystad Energy brand and helping position them as a trusted partner to the energy industry. What makes her a brand rebel is that she’s always looking for ways to do things differently, questioning the usual B2B playbook, and borrowing the best ideas from B2C.
Catalina is a Global Brand Manager who loves building brands that connect with people in meaningful ways. She enjoys bringing together creativity, strategy, and collaboration to turn ideas into impact. She finds working with diverse teams and different perspectives one of the most rewarding parts of the role. Outside of work, Catalina is passionate about learning, building strong relationships, and embracing new experiences that inspire both personal and professional growth.
Part strategist, part storyteller, always curious. Christine brings a broad background in communication, branding and marketing, and is happiest when balancing sharp strategy with creative ideas that make people stop, think and engage.
Commercially oriented marketing leader with Nordic, European and global experience across blue-chip companies.
